It is necessary to clarify the predicaments of the alleviation and discover the reasons of cultural poverty, transform the ideological values of ethnic minority people and create green cultural industry in ethnic minority areas, cultivate new cultural inheritants and establish a perfect cultural poverty alleviation system. These and other pluralistic but integrated approaches can promote the pertinence and effectiveness of the targeted cultural poverty alleviation in minority areas in the new era.
