快易网球教学法的研究及应用——一项改进的网球教学模式

随着现代网球运动的发展,传统的高校网球教学模式已经不能满足课堂教学的需要,学生的学习效率不高,学习兴趣降低,许多学生在课程结束后放弃了这项运动。为了更好地促进网球运动的普及,各大高校纷纷提出改进的网球教学法。通过对传统网球教学法和快易网球教学法进行对比研究,结果表明,快易网球教学法的应用有利于学生身体素质的提高,相比于传统的教学方法更利于网球技术的掌握以及兴趣的保持和提高。同时,它对广大高校师生开展网球教学有借鉴意义,也可为其他体育运动项目的教学模式改革奠定一些理论基础,具有一定的参考意义。

With the development of modern tennis, the traditional tennis teaching mode in the universities no longer meet the needs of course teaching,which causes students’ loss of interest and lower learning efficiency. Many students abandon this sport after the courses. In order to promote the popularity of tennis, many universities have attempted new tennis teaching methods. Through the comparative study of traditional tennis teaching method and fast-easy tennis teaching method, the results show that the application of fast-easy tennis teaching method is conducive to good health.Compared with traditional teaching method, it is more conducive to the mastery of tennis technology and the maintenance and improvement of interest.At the same time, it can be used for reference by teachers and students in the universities to carry out tennis teaching. It also has a reference significance for the reform of teaching mode of other sports.
