摘要 设计了高职院校英语教学岗位胜任能力评估系统,在建立的约束参量指标分析模型基础上,评估大数据信息模型的能力,提取出能力约束特征信息。融合K均值聚类算法,聚类并整合岗位胜任能力的指标参数,据此完成教学资源分配计划的编制,从而实现英语教学岗位胜任能力的科学评估。试验结果表明设计的评估算法显著提高了英语教育岗位胜任能力评估过程中的信息融合分析能力及准确性,实际应用价值较高。 This paper mainly designs a competency assessment system for English teaching posts in higher vocational colleges. Based on the constrained parameter analysis model, we can evaluate the capability of large data information model, extract the feature information of capacity constraints, fuse the K-mean clustering algorithm, and cluster and integrate the indicators of post competence. Based on these parameters, a teaching resource allocation plan is compiled to achieve a scientific assessment of English teaching post competence. The experimental results show that the evaluation algorithm designed in this paper significantly improves the ability and accuracy of information fusion analysis in the process of English education post competency evaluation, and has high practical value.
