城市双修是当下城市建设与更新的主导策略,引领城市的发展方向与建设方式﹒旧居住区更新是践行城市双修理念的主阵地﹒基于城市双修内涵解读,分析城市双修视角下城市旧居住区更新实践要求,以开封复兴坊居住区更新实践为例,从用地调整、建筑整治、公建布置、道路梳理、绿化设计和文化创新6个方面分析城市双修视角下旧居住区更新的实践路径,并对应用方法进行了总结﹒

Urban renovation and ecological restoration are the dominant strategies of urban construction and renewal,which lead the development direction and construction mode of the city.Old urban residence renewal is the main position for practice.Based on the interpretation of the connotation of urban renovation and ecological restoration,the practical requirements of the old urban residence are analyzed.Taking the practice of residential renewal in Kaifeng Fuxing Square as an example,the practical path of the renewal of the old residential areas from six aspects of land use adjustment,architectural renovation,public construction layout,road carding,greening design and cultural innovation is analyzed.Application methods are summarized.
