探析社区护理干预对糖尿病治疗依从性的影响

Analysis of the effect of community nursing intervention on treatment compliance of diabetes

目的对社区护理干预对糖尿病治疗依从性的影响进行探究,为糖尿病患者护理方式的选择提供参考。方法56例进行治疗的糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组患者采用常规院内护理模式进行护理,观察组患者采用社区护理干预模式进行护理。比较两组患者治疗依从性以及护理前后血糖水平。结果护理后,观察组患者治疗中依从性优良率为89.29%,显著高于对照组的64.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于均低于本组护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于进行糖尿病治疗的患者,采用社区护理干预模式相较于单独采用常规院内护理模式护理效果更为明显,且可以更为显著地降低患者血糖水平以及提高治疗依从性,值得推荐使用。

Objective To investigate the influence of community nursing intervention on treatment compliance of diabetes,so as to provide reference for nursing methods of diabetic patients.Methods A total of 56 diabetic patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received routine in-hospital nursing mode,and the observation group received community nursing intervention mode.The treatment compliance and blood glucose level before and after treatment in two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the observation group had significantly higher excellent rate of treatment compliance as 89.29%than 64.29%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,both groups had lower fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing diabetes treatment,community nursing intervention mode is more effective than routine in-hospital nursing mode alone,and can significantly reduce blood glucose level and improve treatment compliance.It is worthy of recommendation and application.
