悬吊训练在小儿痉挛型偏瘫中的应用效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究悬吊训练在小儿痉挛型偏瘫中的应用效果。方法80例小儿痉挛型偏瘫患儿,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。两组患儿均采用常规治疗,观察组增设悬吊训练,比较两组患儿治疗前后Berg平衡量表评分、悬吊弱链测试情况。结果治疗前,两组患儿Berg平衡量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿Berg平衡量表评分均高于治疗前,且观察组患儿Berg平衡量表评分为(44.58±3.57)分,明显高于对照组的(40.68±2.07)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿转阴率为77.50%,明显高于对照组的37.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论悬吊训练应用于小儿痉挛型偏瘫患儿中,病情改善效果更为显著,值得在临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of suspension training in pediatric spastic hemiplegia.Methods A total of 80 children with spastic hemiplegia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional therapy,and the observation group also received suspension training.Comparison were made on Berg balance scale score before and after treatment and suspension weak chain test in two groups.Results Before treatment,both groups had no statistically significant difference in Berg balance scale score(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups had higher Berg balance scale score than that before treatment,and the observation group had obviously higher Berg balance scale score as(44.58±3.57)points than(40.68±2.07)points in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had obviously higher negative-conversion rate as 77.5%than 37.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Suspension training shows remarkable improvement effect in children with spastic hemiplegia,and it is worthy of clinical application.
