摘要
采用真空电弧炉制备了(TiC)x/AlCr2FeNi2Cu1.6高熵合金复合材料,研究了TiC含量对AlCr2FeNi2Cu1.6高熵合金微观组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,(TiC)x/AlCr2FeNi2Cu1.6高熵合金复合材料由FCC相和BCC相组成,TiC粉末的加入并未使高熵合金的物相结构发生转变,但随着TiC的添加,合金中出现了TiC的衍射峰。高熵合金中FCC相富集了Cu、Al、Ni元素,BCC相富集了Fe、Cr元素。添加TiC后,合金中出现了含有TiC的Al、Ni、Cu新相,且使高熵合金的压缩屈服强度和抗压强度先增加后减小。当TiC含量为7.5%时,合金的屈服强度和抗压强度相对较高,压缩应变骤降到8.32%。
(TiC)x/AlCr2FeNi2Cu1.6 high entropy alloy matrix composites were prepared by vacuum arc furnace.The effect of TiC content on microstructure and mechanical properties of AlCr2FeNi2Cu1.6 high entropy alloy was analyzed.The results show that(TiC)x/AlCr2FeNi2Cu1.6 high entropy alloy composites are composed of FCC phase and BCC phase.The addition of TiC powder does not change the phase structure of high entropy alloy.However,with the addition of TiC,the diffraction peaks of TiC appear in the alloy.The FCC phase contains more Cu,Al,Ni elements and the BCC phase contains more Fe,Cr elements in the high entropy alloy.With the addition of TiC,new Al,Ni and Cu phase which contaion TiC appeared in the alloy.The compressive yield strength and fracture strength of high entropy alloy is increased firstly and then decreased with the addition of TiC.When the content of TiC is 7.5%,the yield strength and fracture strength of alloy are relatively higher,and the compressive strain is decreased rapidly to 8.32%.
