摘要
以某发动机摇臂室压铸件的缺陷为研究对象,对其内部缩孔及油道漏气原因进行了分析,并通过采用局部加压技术,改善了铸件的内部缩孔状态。对比发现,使用新一代局部加压技术后,铸件的内部质量更好,油道漏气率大幅降低,其漏气率由原来的18.7%降低到了0.6%。
The defects in die-casting rocker arm chamber were investigated,and the origination of the shrinkage and gas leakage was analyzed.The internal shrinkage condition of the rocker arm chamber was improved by applying new local pressurization technology.The results reveal that the quality of the die castings is much better after using new local pressurization,and the oil passage gas leakage rate of the rocker arm chamber is reduced greatly from 18.7%to 0.6%,decreasing greatly cost.
