摘要
划定生态保护红线是提高区域生态产品供给能力和生态系统服务功能,构建国家安全生态格局的有效手段。以祁连山地区为研究对象,采用RS和GIS技术,开展水源涵养、生物多样性维护、水土保持、防风固沙四类生态系统服务功能重要性评价和水土流失、土地沙化两类生态环境敏感性评价,定量分析祁连山地区生态系统服务功能重要性和生态环境敏感性的空间分布特征,在此基础上经过划定范围校验、边界处理后确定红线边界,结果表明:祁连山地区生态保护红线区面积4.44万km2,占祁连山地区国土总面积的40.11%,呈东南—西北连片状,主要围绕祁连山自然保护区分布,红线类型以水源涵养为主,生态保护红线范围内的草地、林地面积之和占到研究区总面积的67.08%,远高于红线外二者所占的比例。
Drawing the red line of ecological protection is an effective means to improve the supply capacity of regional ecological products and the function of ecological service system and build the ecological pattern of national security. Taking Qilian Mountains as a research object,the paper conducted the evaluation of importance on the 4 aspects of eco-system service functions of water conservation,biodiversity conservation,soil and water conservation and wind-break and sand-fixing and evaluation on the sensitivity of ecological environment of soil erosion and land desertification and quantitatively analyzed the spatial distribution of the importance of ecosystem services and the sensitivity to ecological environment in Qilian Mountains by using RS and GIS technology. It determined the boundary of redline after demarcation range checking and boundary treatment based on the above basis. The outcomes show that the area of ecological protection redline in Qilian Mountains is44 400 km^2,accounting for 40.11% of the total area of Qilian Mountains,distributing from southeast to northwest and mainly around the nature reserve of Qilian Mountains. The main type of redline is water conservation. The total area of grassland and forest within the ecological protection redline accounts for 67.08% of the total studied area,which is much higher than that of the ratio of external redline.
