摘要
在探讨影响低技术制造企业员工个人吸收能力关键因素的基础上,提出员工创新行为是员工个人吸收能力的重要载体及外在表现形式。并且,运用组织惯例研究了企业家创新行为与员工创新行为的内在联系;最后,指出低技术制造企业提高吸收能力,必须依靠具有创新精神的企业家,通过其创新行为引导激励员工创新行为。
The paper discussed the key factors which affect the individual absorptive capacity of low - technology enterprises and put forward that the employee innovational behavior is the most important foundation and form of employee' s individual absorptive capacity. Meanwhile, the paper researched the inner relationship between the entrepreneurship' innovation behavior and employee innovational behavior by the concept of enterprise habits. At last, the paper proposed that it is of great importance to rely on entrepreneurs who has the spirit of entrepreneurship to lead and encourage employee innovational behavior.
