摘要
在分析顾客参与如何影响制造企业-供应商知识转移的基础上,建立系统动力学模型,并使用Vensim PLE软件进行仿真来检验模型的有效性和灵敏度,从知识转移过程和结果两方面验证顾客参与有利于制造企业-供应商知识转移。研究结果可以为企业推行顾客参与,促进制造企业-供应商知识转移提供建议。
Based on the analysis of how customer participation affects the manufacturing enterprise - supplier knowledge transfer, this paper establishes a system dynamics model. And the simulation was carried out using Vensim PLE software to verify the validity and sensitivity of the model. From the knowledge transfer process and the results, it is verified that customer participation is beneficial to manufacturing enterprise -supplier knowledge transfer. The research results can provide advice for companies to promote customer engagement and promote manufacturing - supplier knowledge transfer.
