基于有限元法的车轮轻量化设计

摘要 车轮轻量化可降低轮轨作用力,对提高车轮使用寿命有利,同时还可降低客户采购成本。从服役安全方面考虑,辐板形状、厚度的优化是车轮轻量化设计的关键。针对某规格铁水罐车用车轮,对其轮型进行了轻量化设计,利用ANSYS软件对设计车轮进行了有限元分析,确认了轻量化设计车轮的安全性。 Lightweight of the wheel can reduce the wheel-rail force,it is beneficial to improve the service life and reduce customers' purchasing cost.From the aspect of service safety,the optimization of the shape and thickness of the spoke plate is the key to the lightweight design of the wheel.Aiming at the wheel of the hot metal tank car,the lightweight design was made for its wheel type.The finite element analysis of the designed wheel was carried out by using ANSYS software,and its safety was also con firmed.
