摘要
研究了不同热处理工艺对A3车轴钢的组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:不同热处理工艺下,试验料从边部到芯部组织依次为回火索氏体、回火索氏体+贝氏体和回火索氏体+贝氏体+铁素体;相同淬火温度条件下,回火温度提高,强度降低,塑性和韧性提高;相同回火温度条件下,淬火温度提高,强度提高,塑性和韧性下降。
Effects of different heat treatments on microstructure and properties of A3 axle steel were investigated by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,impact testing machine and tensile testing machine.The results indicated that under different heat treatment processes,the microstructure of the test materials from the side to the core was successively tempered sorbite,tempered sorbite + bainite and tempered sorbite + bainite + ferrite;at the same quenching temperature,the tempering temperature increased,the strength decreased,and the plasticity and tough ness in creased;at the same tempering temperature,the que nching temperature and the stre ngth inc reased,and the plasticity and toughness decreased.
