铸余渣渣罐隔板材料的制备及性能研究

摘要 利用钢渣、废铝砖、水泥等原料制备锌余渣分割用隔板材料,研究不同水泥、钢渣及废铝砖添加量对隔板材料力学性能和耐火度的影响。结果表明钢注-废铝砖隔板材料中,水泥15%,废铝砖20%,风碎渣65%时制备的隔板材料28天强度29. 63MPa,耐火度1300 °C ,而现场使用的隔板材料强度10MPa,耐火度1300°C ,满足现场使用要求的前提下强度较优。全钢渣作为原料制作隔板材料,水泥12%,热闷渣88%时制备的隔板材料28天强度23.75MPa,耐火度1350性能满足现场使用要求且强度较高,成本较低。 Using steel slag,waste alumina bricks,cement and other raw materials to prepare the grid materials for remained casting slag.The effects of different kinds of cement,steel slag and waste alumina brick on the mechanical properties and the refractoriness of the grid material were studied.The results showed that grid materials prepared by 15% cement,20% waste aluminum brick and 65% wind broken slag,its 28-day strength and refractoriness were 29.63 MPa and 1 300°C separately.The strength of grid materials used in the field was 10 MPa and the refractory degree was 1 300°C,which met the requirements of the field application and the strength was better.The 28-day strength and refractoriness of grid materials prepared by 12% cement,88% hot stuffy slag were 23.75 MPa and 1 350°C separately,which met the requirements of the field application and got higher strength and lower cost.
