南方红豆杉实生苗和扦插苗定植后生长量研究

Study on the Crowth of Seedlings and Cuttings of Taxus Chinensis var. Mairer after Transplant

笔者在山西蟒河自然保护区前庄区域,将大棚内培育的南方红豆杉实生苗和扦插苗定植到圃地后,对其株高、地径、发枝数进行观测与分析。结果表明,定植3a后,幼苗的株高、地径和发枝数在2个处理间均存在极显著差异,扦插苗的株高、发枝数均高于实生苗,实生苗的地径生长量高于扦插苗。

In the Qianzhuang area of Mang river Macaca mulatia national nataure reserve of Shanxi,the seedlings and cuttings of Taxus chinensis var.mairer cultivated in the shed were transplanted into the nursery.The height,diameter and number of branches were observed and analyzed.The results showed that after 3 years of transplant,there were significant differences in plant height,diameter and number of branches in 2 treatments.The plant height and number of cuttings were higher than that of seedlings,while the ground diameter growth of seedlings was higher than that of cuttings seedlings.
