摘要
用乙醇法提取山西两个主要分布区沙枣果肉中的黄酮类化合物,以NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH作为显色体系,用紫外吸收光度法测定其总黄酮含量。结果表明,黄土丘陵区沙枣果肉中的总黄酮含量(7.37mg/g)高于晋北风沙区(6.21mg/g),但两者间差异不显著,即立地条件对山西沙枣果肉中总黄酮含量的影响不明显。果实大小对果肉中总黄酮含量的变化有显著影响,黄土丘陵区沙枣果肉中总黄酮含量呈现出随着果实的增大而增加的趋势,晋北风沙区的则表现为随果实的增大而减少的趋势,但中果和小果果肉中的总黄酮含量间均无显著差异。
Flavonids were extracted from the sarcocarp of Elaeagnus angustifolia in two main districts of Shanxi province by ethanol method.The total flavonid contents were determined by UV spectrophotometry method with NaNO 2-Al(NO 3)3-NaOH as chromogenic system.The results showed that the total flavonid content of sarcocarp from loess hilly region was 7.37 mg/g,while that was 6.21 mg/g in windy and sandy area of North Shanxi.The differences between these two areas were not significan.The effect of site conditions on the content of total flavonoids of sarcocarp in Shanxi Elaeagnus angustifolia was not obvious.The effect of the fruit size on total flavonid content was significant.Total flavonid content increased with the enlargement of fruit in loess hilly region,while that decreased with the enlargement of fruit in windy and sandy area of North Shanxi.The differences of flavonid contents were not significant between medium fruits and small fruits of Elaeagnus angustifolia in Shanxi.
