摘要
贮柜虚拟编码器以高等数学和自动控制学知识为基础,以SiemensPLC为核心硬件,在Step7软件上进行开发,以开发产生的虚拟脉冲代替实际硬件增量式旋转编码器或者接近开关采集的实际脉冲;这种配置方案一方面减少了采购成本,也大大减少了控制柜与现场设备连线和省去了大量的现场线缆,既提高控制精度和可靠性,又给维护保养带来很大方便。
