The scope of use of power is becoming more and more extensive, and the task falling on the staff of power operation and maintenance is becoming more and more heavy. How to deal with the transformation and upgrading of substation operation and maintenance in the new power era has become a difficult problem in the field. In this paper, combined with the application field of 3D visualization technology and the operation and maintenance problems faced by the traditional substation operation and maintenance mode in our country, this paper discusses how to upgrade the operation and maintenance system and operation and maintenance mode by using visualization technology in the environment of Internet of things.
