摘要 轻商压缩机普遍存在缺油的问题。本文阐述了一款新型自适应油位传感器压缩机,可自动适应各种系统场景,主动报警使系统给缺油压缩机进行针对性地补油。本文对传感器形式、传感器的固定方式及可靠性进行深入研究,确定采用磁浮子油位传感器,设计了多种根据客户需求可选择的固定方式,并设计了可靠性的试验判定标准,最终实现全封闭结构的可量产压缩机设计。 There is a common problem of oil shortage in light commercial compressors.A new type of self-adaptive oil level sensor compressor is described in this paper,which can automatically adapt to various system scenarios and actively alarm the system to make up for oil shortage compressor.The sensor form,the fixing mode and reliability of sensor are deeply studied,and then magnetic slick oil level sensor is determined to be used.A variety of fixed methods are selected according to customer demands,and the reliability of the test and determination standards are designed.Finally the fully enclosed structure of the production compressor design are achieved.
