盐度、温度和光照对耐高温角毛藻藻株生长的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Salinity, Water Temperature and Light Intensity on the Growth of High Temperature Resistant Chaetoceros sp. Algae Strain

摘要 为研究盐度、温度和光照强度对耐高温角毛藻(Chaetoceros sp.)藻株生长的影响,采用单因子实验方法,探讨了不同盐度(2.5、5、10、15、20、25、30和35)、温度((15 ℃、20 ℃、25 ℃、30 ℃和35 ℃))和光照强度(1 000 lx、3 000 lx、5 000 lx、7 000 lx和9 000 lx)对耐高温角毛藻藻株生长的影响。结果显示:耐高温角毛藻藻株在本研究设置的不同盐度、温度和光照梯度下均能生长,具有广温、广盐和广光照的特性,可适应高温、高盐;盐度、温度和光照强度对耐高温角毛藻藻株的生长具有显著影响(P<0.05);耐高温角毛藻藻株适宜盐度范围为17.3~46.0,其中最适盐度为31.6,当盐度低于5时生长受到明显抑制;适宜水温范围为23.0℃~41.8 ℃,最适水温为32.4 ℃,当水温低于15 ℃时生长缓慢;适宜光照强度范围为2 403.9~7 596.2 lx,其中最适光照强度为5 000.0 lx,当光照强度低于1 000 lx时生长受到明显抑制。温度的变化能够显著影响耐高温角毛藻藻株的生长周期。 In order to know the effects of salinity, water temperature and light intensity on the growth of high temperature resistant Chaetoceros sp.algae strain ,the growth dynamics of high temperature resistant Chaetoceros sp.algae strain at different salinity (2.5, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35), water temperature (15 ℃, 20 ℃, 25 ℃, 30 ℃ and 35 ℃) and light intensity (1 000 lx, 3 000 lx, 5 000 lx, 7 000 lx and 9 000 lx) were studied by single factor experiments.The results showed that: The high temperature resistant Chaetoceros sp.algae strain could grow under different salinity, temperature and light intensity gradients set in this study, and it had the characteristics of wide temperature, wide salt and wide light intensity, and could adapt to high temperature and high salinity.Salinity, temperature and light intensity had significant influenced on the growth of high temperature resistant Chaetoceros sp.algae strain(P<0.05).The suitable salinity range for high temperature resistant Chaetoceros sp.algae strain was 17.3-46.0, and the optimum salinity was 31.6.Furthermore, the growth of high temperature resistant Chaetoceros sp.algae strain was significantly inhibited when salinity was lower than 5.The suitable water temperature range for high temperature resistant Chaetoceros sp.algae strain was 23.0-41.8 ℃, and the optimum water temperature was 32.4 ℃, and the growth of high temperature resistant Chaetoceros sp.algae strain was slow when water temperature was lower than 15 ℃.The suitable light intensity ranged from 2 403.9 lx to 7 596.2 lx, and the optimum light intensity was 5 000.0 lx, and the growth of high temperature resistant Chaetoceros sp.algae strain was significantly inhibited when light intensity was lower than 1 000 lx.Temperature fluctuation could significantly affect the growth cycle of high temperature resistant Chaetoceros sp.algae strain.
