中医临床辨治早搏的优势探讨

Discussion on the Advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Differentiation and Treatment of Premature Beats

目的介绍和总结中医学辨治早搏的优势,探讨中医对早搏病因病机的认识以及用药特色。方法从中西医对早搏的认识出发,总结中医学对早搏诊治方法和临床常用方药,附以名医经验加以印证。中医认为早搏的核心病机是“心气虚”,“气滞血瘀”或“痰湿内阻”,其常用治法是补气生脉,活血化瘀和疏肝理气法。结果中西医对早搏的治疗各有特色,中医学是根据辨证论治为主要手段,从而指导遣方用药,取得一定的临床疗效。结论临床对早搏的辨治,需要坚持中西医结合,继承中医学的特色,参考最新研究进展,取长补短。

Objective: To introduce and summarize the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the differentiation and treatment of premature beats and to make the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine on the etiology and pathogenesis of premature beats and the characteristics of medication. Methods: From the understanding of premature beats by traditional Chinese and western medicine, TCM diagnosis and treatment methods and commonly-used clinical prescriptions were summarized and confirmed with the experience of famous doctors. The Chinese medicine believes that the core pathogenesis of premature beats is "heart with qi deficiency", "qi stagnation and blood stasis" or "phlegm-dampness and internal resistance". The common treatment method is to tonify qi to activate pulse, to promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis and disperse the liver to rectify qi. Results: The Chinese and western medicine have their own characteristics in the the treatment of premature beats. Based on syndrome differentiation as the main means, the traditional Chinese medicine guide the use of medicines and achieve certain clinical effects. Conclusion: The clinical differentiation and treatment of premature beats needs to adhere to the combination of Chinese and western medicine and inherit the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, and take the latest research progress for reference and learn from each other.
