罕见双侧下颌第二、三磨牙水平阻生1例及文献回顾

One case of rare bilateral horizontally impacted mandibular second and third molars and its literature review

目的:探讨同时双侧下颌第二、三磨牙水平阻生的病例的治疗.方法:分析1例双侧下颌第二、三磨牙水平阻生的未成年患者,治疗方法实施手术拔除阻生齿;并对相关文献进行回顾.结果:患者术后恢复良好,未出现颌骨骨折及明显神经症状.结论:通过回顾文献及病例分析,下颌第二磨牙水平阻生病例罕见,治疗需正畸科与外科早期干预.

Objective: To investigate the treatment of patients with bilateral horizontally impacted mandibular second and third molar. Methods: One case of juvenile patients with bilateral horizontally impacted mandibular second and third molar was analyzed. The treatment method was performed to remove the impacted teeth, then made a briefly literature review. Results: The patient recovered well after surgery, and there were no jaw fractures and obvious neurological symptoms. Conclusion :By reviewing the literature and case analysis, the horizontally impacted mandibular second molars is rare, and the treatment requires early intervention with orthodontics and surgical department.
