当前,国际国内形势深刻变化,高校思想政治工作面临的形势严峻复杂。习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议中多次明确提出要推进高校思想政治工作的改革与创新的要求。当代大学生具有与以往不同的思想变化特点,高校需要把握作为特殊群体的大学生的思想变化特点和规律,深入思考思想教育中存在的问题,据此提出相应对策,从而增强教育实效性。达到早预防及时解决的目的,这事关培养什么人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人的根本问题。

At present,the international and domestic situation has undergone profound changes,and the ideological and political work in colleges and universities is facing a grim and complex situation.General Secretary-Xi Jinping has repeatedly made clear the requirements of promoting the reform and innovation of Ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the national conferences on ideological and political work.The students have different characteristics of ideological change from those in the past.Colleges and universities need to grasp the characteristics and laws of ideological change of college students as a special group,think deeply about the existing problems in ideological education,and put forward corresponding countermeasures accordingly,so as to enhance the effectiveness of education.Achieving the goal of early prevention and timely solution is a fundamental problem concerning who to train,how to train and for whom to train.
