大强度间歇跑练习对健康青年男性静态平衡能力产生的影响 被引量:21

摘要 目的:本研究评定大强度间歇跑练习以及训练量对人体平衡能力产生的影响。方法:研究采用随机交互设计,16健康男性学员完成3次练习(10km大强度持续跑,10km大强度间歇跑和20km大强度间歇跑),分别记录RR间期,并进行平衡能力测试。结果:与静息状态和10km大强度持续跑相比,10km大强度间歇跑平衡能力指标无显著差异(P>0.05);与10km持续跑相比,EPOC和TRIMP不存在显著差异(P>0.05)。与10km大强度间歇跑相比,20km大强度间歇跑平衡能力指标、EPOC、TRIMP显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:不同的运动项目的练习手段对人体平衡产生的影响不同。跑步对平衡能力的影响超过走和自行车运动。运动负荷相同(距离、EPOC、TRIMP),与持续跑相比,平衡能力未受到影响。此外,运动强度和持续时间同样对平衡能力产生影响。运动强度相同,随着训练量的增加,躯干的平衡能力受到损害。然而目前对于运动后平衡能力受损的潜在生理机制尚不清楚。一般认为长持续时间运动,平衡能力受损和肌体疲劳有关,而短时大强度的练习可能和过度换气有关。总之,在一定运动距离内,大强度间歇跑和大强度持续跑对平衡能力产生的影响相同,平衡能力未受到影响,但随着大强度间歇跑训练量的增加,平衡能力受到损害。 Objective:This text was to evaluate the changes of postural sway responses following high intensity interval exercise under different training volume.Methods:In a randomized cross-over design,the 16 healthy young males performed three times exercise(10km vigorous-intensity continuous exercise,10km and 20km high intensity interval exercise).R-R interval was recorded,respectively.And the balance was analyzed.Results:The balance index for 10km high intensity interval exercise did not show significantly changed compared to rest and 10km vigorous-intensity continuous exercise(P>0.05),and there were no significant difference in EPOC and TRIMP between two exercises(P>0.05).The balance index,EPOC and TRIMP for 20km high intensity interval exercise were significantly higher than 10km high intensity interval exercise(P<0.05).Conclusion:The exercise methods of different sports have different effects on the balance of the human body.Running has a greater impact on balance than walking and cycling.The exercise load is the same(distance,EPOC,TRIMP),and the balance ability is not affected compared to continuous running.In addition,exercise intensity and duration also have an impact on balance ability.The exercise intensity is the same,and as the amount of training increases,the balance of the trunk is impaired.However,the current underlying physiological mechanisms for impaired balance after exercise are unclear.Long-term exercise is generally considered to be associated with impaired balance and body fatigue,while short-term,high-intensity exercises may be associated with excessive ventilation.In short,the stress of postural sway responses at the certain distances was similar,and the balance did not impair.However,with the training volume increase,the balance did impair.
