气动助流清仓技术在直供仓上的应用

摘要 料仓的粘壁、结拱堵塞是困扰钢厂正常连续生产的普遍难题。传统的人工捅捣、仓内爆破等清仓方法,存在施工难度大、工人作业风险高等问题,本文通过对原料仓的主要堵塞原因进行分析,研发出具体的气动助流清仓技术,并应用于马钢港务原料总厂综合利用的直供仓,应用效果佳。该技术可避免仓内集料应力拱的形成,及时清除物料粘壁,提高料仓有效容积,确保料仓的连续有效供给,解决了料仓堵塞困扰钢厂正常连续生产难题。 Sticking on the wall and arch blockage of the warehouses are common problems that plague the normal continuous production of steel mills.Traditional methods of warehouse clearanee,such as manual tamping and blasting insidw the warehouses,have the problems of great difficulty in construction and high risk of workersf operation.Through the analysis of the main blockage reasons of raw material warehouses,the specific pneumatic flow-assisted clearanee technology has been develoed and applied to the dircect supply warehousese of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.This tech no logy can avoid the formatio n of aggregate stress arch in the warehouses,remove the materials sticking on the wall in time,improe the effective volume of the warehouses,ensure the continuous effective supply of them,and solve the problem of blockage in the normal continuous productin of steel mills.
