摘要
从总纵强度、舱段有限元和典型结构局部强度3个方面解析DNV GL规范与GL规范在集装箱船结构方面的内容差异。以一艘14 500 TEU集装箱船为例,分析DNV GL规范对大型集装箱船结构设计的影响。结果表明:DNV GL规范对于集装箱船的总纵强度和舱段有限元提出了更高要求,而在压载舱边界结构和艏部砰击方面的要求相对于GL规范有所降低,存在一定的优化空间。
The content difference between DNV GL and GL rules in the structure of container ships are analyzed in terms of global longitudinal strength, cargo hold finite element analysis and local strength of typical structure. Taking a 14 500 TEU container ship as an example, the influence of DNV GL rules on the structure design of large container ship are analyzed. The results show that DNV GL rules present higher requirements for the global longitudinal strength and cargo hold finite element of the container ship, whereas lower requirements for ballast tank boundary structures and slamming of forward bottom structures, which implies a possibility of structural optimization in this area.
