摘要
根据福建某铜矿矿石性质和选矿厂设计规模,重点进行了磨矿工艺流程设计,通过JK落重试验,并结合软件模拟,确定了SAB工艺流程的半自磨机和球磨机型号及配套装机容量,阐述了半自磨系统生产过程中存在的技术问题,并提出了解决措施,最终实现了达产达标的目的,为国内同行业大型矿山选矿厂流程设计和生产调试提供了借鉴。
According to the characteristics of a copper ore from Fujian and the design scale of the concentrator,the grinding process flow was designed. After JK drop weight test and in combination with software simulation,the model number of the SAG(semi-autogenous grinding) mill and the ball mill of the SAB process as well as the matching installed capacity were determined. In addition, the technical problems existing during the production of the SAG process flow were narrated, and the solutions were offered, so as to reach the production goal. It was of reference for the process design and production commissioning of the same kind of domestic large mines.
