摘要 城市排水管网埋藏于地下,存在混接、错接、渗漏、淤堵、溢流、井盖移位、有毒有害气体聚集等安全运行问题。通过对复杂的排水管网建立一套完整、稳定的安全运行监测系统,依托长期可靠的在线监测数据,可以定量的分析、评估及诊断管网的安全运行问题,有效的识别预警雨污混接、污水溢流、管道淤积、城市内涝和可燃气体聚集爆炸等事故,提高市政排水工作的管理效率,具有一定的实用价值和推广意义。 The urban drainage pipe network is buried in the ground,and there are some problems in safety operation,such as mixed connection,misconnection,leakage,clogging,overflow,manhole cover displacement,accumulation of toxic and harmful gases and so on.Through the establishment of a complete and stable safety operation monitoring system for complex drainage networks,and relying on long-term and reliable online monitoring data,it is possible to quantitatively analyze,evaluate and diagnose the safety operation problems of drainage network,and effectively recognize and early warn the accidents such as rain-sewage mixing,sewage overflow,pipeline siltation,urban waterlogging and combustible gas explosion.It can improve the management efficiency of municipal drainage work,and has certain practical value and promotion significance.
