摘要
以齿轮泵为例介绍了逆向设计的方法和流程。首先使用三坐标测量机采集齿轮泵各个零件的点云数据,然后采用Siemens NX软件对齐点云数据进行逆向建模,最后使用3D打印机制作实物样品来验证逆向设计是否合理。通过逆向工程可以吸收先进技术,缩短产品开发周期,对产品的快速开发和改进创新具有一定的应用价值。
Taking gear pump as an example,the method and process of reverse design are introduced.Firstly,the point cloud data of each part of gear pump was collected by coordinate measuring machine.Then Siemens NX software was used for aligning point cloud data and reverse modeling.Finally,3D printer is used to make physical samples to verify whether the reverse design is reasonable.The prototype of gear pump can be quickly restored through reverse design,on this basis the following product improvement and innovative design can be carried out,and the development cycle of gear pump can be shortened.
