黄河中上游流域水质环境影响因素分析研究 被引量:5

摘要 文章着眼于水污染防治以及生态补偿政策对黄河中上游水质的影响,运用相关性分析以及逐步回归方法,探究水质和政策、气候之间的关系。实证结果显示政策、气温以及降水量对水质的影响差异显著。据此,我们应该将工作重心放在工业污染源的治理上,切实减少各类污染物的排放,按照国家标准严格对企业排放水质进行检测,合格后方可允许排放,以此对黄河中上游流域水质进行改善。 Focusing on the impact of water pollution prevention and ecological compensation policy on the water quality in the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River,this paper uses the methods of correlation analysis and stepwise regression to explore the relationship between water quality,policy and climate.The empirical results show that there are significant differences in the effects of policy,temperature and precipitation on water quality.Accordingly,we should focus our work on the treatment of industrial pollution sources,effectively reduce the discharge of all kinds of pollutants,strictly test the water quality discharged by enterprises in accordance with national standards,and allow discharge only after passing the standard,in order to improve the water quality of the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River.
