间歇性低氧对肺组织的损伤及机制

摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)作为一种常见病,可导致呼吸系统在内的多系统病理生理改变,其与间歇性低氧(IH)关系密切。探讨IH对肺组织的损伤及机制对研究OSAHS对呼吸系统的病理生理影响有重大意义。本文就IH对肺组织的损伤及机制作一综述。 As a common disease, obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAS) may induce pathophysiological changes of multisystem including respiratory system which is closely related to intermittent hypoxia (IH). Discussing injury of IH to lung tissue and related mechanisms is of great significance to the research of pathophysiological effects of OSAS to respiratory system. This article made a review about injury of IH to lung tissue and related mechanisms.
