摘要
人工耳蜗使用者有较好的言语感知能力,但对音乐的感知仍存在缺陷。音调是音乐的基本元素之一,主要由基频决定,音调感知的优劣直接影响音乐感知能力以及声调识别能力。本文就音调感知的机制以及人工耳蜗使用者音调感知的现状进行综述,以期提高患者的音乐感知能力,获得更好的生活质量。
The cochlear implant (CI) users have good speech perception ability,but still have defects in the perception of music. Pitch is one of the basic elements of music, which is mainly determined by the fundamental frequency. The pitch perception ability directly affect the ability of music perception and tone recognition. This paper reviews the mechanism of pitch perception and the current situation of music perception in cochlear implant users, in order to improve the patient's musical perception ability and obtain a better quality of life.
