冠心病患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与红细胞分布宽度的相关性研究 被引量:5

The correlation between high density lipoprotein cholesterol and red cell distribution width in patients with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病患者血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平与红细胞分布宽度(RDW)的关系。方法:随机选取我院2015-01-2018-10行冠状动脉(冠脉)造影的患者共268例。根据RDW值,将所纳入患者分为4组:组1(RDW<13.2%)65例,组2(13.2%≤RDW<14.15%)70例,组3(14.15%≤RDW<16%)71例,组4(RDW≥16%)62例。比较各组临床资料,对HDL-C与RDW进行相关性分析,并以Logistic回归分析RDW的预测因素。结果:血清HDL-C水平与RDW呈显著负相关(r=-0.555,P<0.001)。Logistic回归分析表明,HDL-C(OR=0.904,95%CI:0.876~0.934)、血红蛋白(OR=0.898,95%CI:0.439~0.81)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)(OR=1.300,95%CI:1.007~1.817)和Gensini评分(OR=1.024,95%CI:1.009~1.039)是RDW的预测因子。结论:血清HDL-C水平与RDW呈负相关,且血清HDL-C水平是RDW的独立预测因子。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and red cell distribution width(RDW)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Method:A total of 268 patients who underwent coronary angiography in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2018 were randomly selected.According to RDW,all patients were divided into four groups:group 1(RDW<13.2%,n=65),group 2(13.2%≤RDW<14.15%,n=70),group 3(14.15%≤RDW<16%,n=71)and group 4(RDW≥16%,n=62).The clinical data among four groups were compared.The correlation between HDL-C and RDW was analyzed,and the predictive factors of RDW was analyzed by Logistic regression.Result:Serum HDL-C level was negatively correlated with RDW(r=0.555,P<0.001).Logistic regression analysis showed that HDL-C(OR=0.904,95%CI:0.876-0.934),hemoglobin(OR=0.898,95%CI:0.439-0.81),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)(OR=1.300,95%CI:1.007-1.817)and Gensini score(OR=1.024,95%CI:1.009-1.039)were predictors of RDW.Conclusion:Serum HDL-C is negatively correlated with RDW,and it is an independent predictor of RDW.
