CXCL16在急性冠状动脉综合征患者外周血中的表达及其与冠状动脉病变的相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血浆CXCL16浓度变化情况,探究CXCL16浓度与冠状动脉(冠脉)病变Gensini积分之间的关系。方法:纳入183例ACS患者(ACS组)和88例非冠心病患者(NonCHD组),通过双抗体夹心酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定血浆CXCL16浓度,并通过Gensini积分计算冠脉病变复杂程度。采用Spearman检验进行相关性分析。结果:ACS组血浆CXCL16浓度显著高于Non-CHD组[2.662(2.183,3.202)ng/ml∶2.428(2.071,2.761)ng/ml,P=0.002]。CXCL16浓度与冠脉Gensini积分呈正相关性(r=0.279,P<0.01)。结论:ACS患者血浆CXCL16浓度升高,并且血浆CXCL16浓度与冠脉病变Gensini积分呈正相关性。血浆CXCL16可作为ACS发生以及冠脉病变程度的预测指标。 Objective:To explore the expression of plasma CXCL16 of patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)and its correlation with Gensini scores.Method:A total of 183 ACS patients(ACS group)and 88 non-coronary heart disease patients(Non-CHD group)were enrolled.The plasma CXCL16 concentration was measured by double enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the complexity of coronary artery disease was calculated by Gensini score.Spearman test was used for correlation analysis.Result:The plasma CXCL16 concentration in ACS group was significantly higher than that in Non-CHD group[2.662(2.183,3.202)ng/ml vs.2.428(2.071,2.761)ng/ml,P=0.002].There was a positive correlation between CXCL16 concentration and Gensini score(r=0.279,P<0.01).Conclusion:The plasma CXCL16 concentration in ACS patients is increased and correlates positively with the Gensini score.CXCL16 can be used as a predictor of ACS and severity of coronary artery disease.
