摘要
目的:研究鼻内镜联合鼻窦冲洗治疗难治性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:收治难治性鼻窦炎患者80例,根据随机分组原则分为两组。对照组进行一般治疗,试验组在此基础上额外给予鼻窦冲洗治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:试验组治疗总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜联合鼻窦冲洗治疗可以明显改善难治性鼻窦炎患者的临床症状,对于治疗预后有积极意义。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of nasal endoscopy combined with sinus irrigation for refractory sinusitis.Methods:80 patients with refractory sinusitis were selected,they were divided into the two groups by the randomized principle.The control group received general treatment.On this basis,the experimental group was given additional nasal sinus irrigation treatment,we compared the effect.Results:The effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic combined with sinus irrigation can significantly improve the refractory sinus.The clinical symptoms of patients with inflammation have positive significance for the treatment of prognosis.
