药涂球囊成形术治疗下肢动脉闭塞性疾病的疗效分析

Analysis of the therapeutic effect of drug-coated balloon angioplasty on lower extremity arterial occlusive diseases

目的:探讨药涂球囊成形术治疗下肢动脉闭塞性疾病的临床疗效。方法:收治下肢动脉闭塞性疾病患者140例(140条肢体),根据患者自愿原则分为观察组100例(100条肢体)和对照组40例(40条肢体)。对照组给予传统球囊扩张(POBA)治疗,观察组给予药涂球囊成形术(DCB)治疗,比较效果。结果:观察组术后12个月晚期官腔丢失明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后6个月和12个月踝肱指数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:药涂球囊成形术治疗下肢动脉闭塞性疾病疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of drug-coated balloon angioplasty in the treatment of arterial occlusion of lower limbs.Methods:140 cases(140 limbs)of patients with lower extremity artery occlusive disease were selected,according to the voluntary patients were divided into the observation group with 100 cases(100 limbs)and the control group with 40 cases(40 members),the control group was given conventional balloon dilation(POBA)treatment,while the observation group was given drug coated balloon angioplasty(DCB)treatment,we compared the effect.Results:The loss of official cavity in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at the late 12 months after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ankle-brachial index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 6 and 12 months after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Drug-coated balloon angioplasty is effective in the treatment of arterial occlusion of lower limbs.
