人性化护理结合舒适护理在卵巢肿瘤摘除术患者中的应用效果研究

Study on the application effect of humanized nursing combined with comfortable nursing in patients undergoing ovarian tumor excision

目的:探讨人性化护理结合舒适护理在卵巢肿瘤摘除术中的应用效果。方法:收治卵巢肿瘤患者86例,均行腹腔镜卵巢肿瘤摘除术,随机分为两组各43例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用人性化护理+舒适护理,评定护理效果。结果:试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢肿瘤摘除术患者实施人性化护理结合舒适护理具有积极意义,能缩短恢复时间、减少术后并发症。

Objective:To explore the application effect of humanized nursing combined with comfortable nursing in ovarian tumor excision.Methods:86 patients with ovarian tumors were selected,they all underwent laparoscopic ovarian tumor removal.They were randomly divided into the two groups with 43 cases in each group,the control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given humanized nursing combined with comfortable nursing,we evaluated the nursing effect.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of first feeding, walking out of bed and hospitalization in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing combined with comfortable nursing is of positive significance for patients undergoing ovarian tumor removal,which can shorten recovery time and reduce postoperative complications.
