摘要
通过宏观检查、工艺分析、PT检测、腐蚀产物能谱分析、金相检验等手段对换热管的腐蚀部位以及附着产物进行分析,并配以腐蚀机理分析做综合评判,确定316L换热管束腐蚀主要是腐蚀介质与应力集中共同作用的结果。从技术上提出了相应的措施,改变换热管材质.确保设备的长周期运行。
By means of macroscopic inspection, process analysis, PT test, corrosion product energy spectrum analysis, metallographic examination, etc., the corrosion parts and adhesion products of heat exchanger tubes were analyzed, and the corrosion mechanism analysis was used as a comprehensive assessment. It is determined that the corrosion of the 316L heat transfer bundle is mainly the result of the joint action of corrosion medium and stress concentration. The corresponding measures are put forward to change the material of heat pipe to ensure the long cycle operation of the equipment.
