摘要
为满足某桥梁结构的安全性要求,对该现有桥梁工程进行病害整治及加固。对需要更换的支座处采用搭设支架或抱箍的方式分段顶升梁体,对经复核计算需要增加横向整体抗推刚度的增设盖梁,对不同宽度的裂缝分别采用裂缝注胶或裂缝封闭的处理措施,对钢结构除锈及维修提出了具体要求。该桥梁工程的病害整治及加固设计可以对类似工程起到参考作用。
In order to satisfy the security requirement of bridge structure,this paper introduces the disease treatment and reinforcement of this bridge.The method of erecting a bracket or hoop at the support required to replace is used to lift the beams by segments.The bent cap is added for the part required to increase the lateral overall anti-thrust rigidity after recomputation.The treatment measures of injecting glue or closing of cracks are separately taken for the different widths of cracks.This paper puts forward the detailed requirements for the rust removal and maintenance of steel structures.The disease treatment and reinforcing design of this bridge can be referred for the similar projects.
