摘要
桩身承载力和完整性检测是检验桩身质量是否达到设计要求的重要技术指标。以某工程实例为例,编制桩身质量检测方案,采用声波透射法和低应变法进行桩身完整性检测,采用静载荷试验和高应变法进行桩身承载力检测。目前的检测方法各自具有一定的优势,同时又各自存在局部盲区,故对于桩数较少且单桩质量要求高的桥梁桩,施工前有必要编制有针对性的检测方案,避免误判或漏判。
The detection of the bearing capacity and integrity of pile body is an important technical index for the quality of pile body whether or not to reach the design requirements.Taking a project as an example,the detection scheme of pile quality is compiled,the integrity of pile body is detected by the acoustic transmission method and low strain method,and the bearing capacity of pile body is detected by the static load test and high strain method.At present,the detection methods have own advantages and at same time have the local dead zones.Therefore,it is necessary to compile the targeted detection schemes for the bridge piles with a few piles and high quality requirements of single pile before construction in order to avoid the misjudgment or leakage.
