摘要
采用SBS和SMC制备复合改性常温温拌沥青,并将其应用于AC-13沥青混合料,通过室内试验评价其混合料的高温性能、低温性能、水稳定性。结果表明:就SBS改性沥青而言,随之SMC掺量的增加,沥青的软化点、延度、针入度和弹性恢复等常规指标都随之增加,SMC的最佳掺量范围10%左右;SBS-SMC复合改性AC-13混合料养生6d后,单层动稳定度增大52%,双层动稳定度增大36%;其水稳定性满足规范要求,并且明显优于SBS改性沥青AC-13混合料,其低温平均弯曲应变达到5500微应变,达到SBS改性沥青AC-13的2倍以上。
SBS and SMC are used to prepare the compound modified asphalt mixed at normal temperature,and it is applied to AC-13 asphalt mixture. The high temperature performance, low temperature performance and water stability of the mixture are evaluated by laboratory tests. The results show that as for SBS modified asphalt, with the increase of SMC content, the softening point, ductility, penetration, elasticity recovery and other conventional indexes of the asphalt increase, and the optimal content range of SMC is about 10%. After six days of health maintenance with SBS-SMC compound modified AC-13 mixture, the dynamic stability of single layer is increased by 52% and that of double layer is increased by 36%. Its water stability meets the requirements of the code, and is obviously superior to the SBS modified asphalt AC-13 mixture. Its average bending strain at low temperature reaches 5 500 micro strain, which is more than 2 times of SBS modified asphalt AC-13.
