甲钴胺联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效及其安全性

Clinical efficacy and safety of mecobalamin injection combined with pregabalin for postherpetic neuralgia

目的探讨甲钴胺联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效及其安全性.方法选取江门市五邑中医院2015年7月-2018年4月收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者84例,按照治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,各42例.对照组患者给予曲马多治疗,观察组患者给予甲钴胺注射液联合普瑞巴林胶囊治疗.两组患者均持续治疗14d.比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,并观察两组患者不良反应发生情况.结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗前两组患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05).结论甲钴胺联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效确切,可有效缓解患者疼痛,且安全性较高.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of mecobalamin injection combined with pregabalin for postherpetic neuralgia.Methods A total of 84 cases of patients with postherpetic neuralgia were selected from July 2015 to April 2018 in Jiangmen Wuyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment method,42 cases in each group.The control group were treated with tramadol, the observation group were treated with mecobalamin injection combined with pregabalin capsule.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,VAS score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The observation group of total effective rate was higher than control group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mecobalamin injection combined with pregabalin for postherpetic neuralgia has definite clinical efficacy,it can effectively alleviate pain,and with high safety.
