失血性休克致死性三联征的筛查及救治 被引量:5

摘要 机体遭受某种有害因素严重打击后体液的过度丢失易引起患者休克。了解休克的病理生理改变能很好地认识休克后合并的致死性三联征(即酸中毒、低体温及创伤性凝血症)。有效循环低灌注引起的组织缺血、缺氧,是导致致死性三联征的共同病理生理途径。因此,早期确诊休克,并在急救最佳时间窗内进行有效的抢救措施,能够降低并发症的发生,改善患者预后,提高患者生存率。 The excessive loss of body fluid after sever attack of certain harmful factor is likely to cause shock. Knowing the pathophysiological changes of trauma shock can help us to understand how u lethal triad of deathn occurs in shock patient. Hypoperfussion of effective circulation results in tissue ischemia and hypoxia, and is a common pathophysiologic pathway of"lethal triad of death". Therefore, early diagnosis the shock patient can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve the survival rate and improve the prognosis of patients.
