摘要 提高直流能馈电子负载的直流升压电路的电压增益,对提高能馈电子负载的工作特性具有理论意义和实用价值。提出了一种零电压开关有源箝位电流馈电半桥隔离倍压整流升压变换器。该变换器初级侧箝位开关共用一个箝位电容器,减少了电路元件;次级侧采用倍压二极管整流器,进一步提升了电压增益。该变换器通过DSP TMS320F28035控制开关管的占空比,使整个负载范围内所有开关管实现了零电压开通并实现了恒流输入。运行实验样机,得到的输出电压为79.5V,电压增益为16,验证了变换器具有提高电压增益的功能。 Increasing the voltage gain of the Direct Current (DC) boost circuit of the DC energy-fed electronic load has theoretical and practical value for improving the working characteristics of the energy- feeding electronic load. This paper presents a zero voltage switching active clamp current-fed half-bridge isolated voltage doubling step-up converter. The primary side clamp switch of the converter shares a clamp capacitor, which reduces the circuit components;the secondary side uses a voltage doubling diode rectifier to further increase the voltage gain. The converter controls the duty cycle of the switching tube through the DSP TMS320F28035, so that all switching tubes in the entire load range realize zero voltage turn-on and realize constant current input. Running the experimental prototype, the output voltage is 79. 5 V and the voltage gain is 16, which verifies that the converter has the function of increasing the voltage gain.
