换向轧制对6016铝合金组织及力学性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 使用X射线衍射、电子背散射衍射、万能拉伸试验机等研究换向轧制对6016铝合金的组织和力学性能的影响,并与常规轧制工艺进行对比。结果表明:冷轧后普通轧制板材织构表现出典型的"唇式"冷轧织构特征,换向轧制弱化了强度的形变织构,β取向线织构密度降低,轧制态板材的屈服强度低于常规轧制板材;换向轧制板材组织含有较多等轴晶粒,且大小分布均匀;T4态换向轧制板材的强度、伸长率和r值高于普通轧制板材;Δr值低于普通轧制板材,表明换向轧制有效改善6016铝合金板材的成形性能。 The effects of alternative rolling on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 6016 aluminum alloy were studied by X-ray diffractometry,electron backscattered diffraction(EBSD)and tensile testing machine,and the alterative rolling results were compared with normal rolling. The results show that the texture of normal rolled sheet shows typical "lip type" cold rolling texture characteristics after cold rolling. The strong deformation textures are weakened and the texture density of β orientation line decreases through alternative rolling,and the yield strength is lower than that of normal rolled sheet. The structure of alternative rolled sheets contains more equiaxed grains,and the grain size distribution is uniform. The strength,elongation and r value of alternative rolled T4 state sheet are higher than those of normal rolled sheet,and the value Δr is lower than that of normal rolled sheet,which indicates that alternative rolling can effectively improve the formability of 6016 aluminum alloy sheet.
