摘要
目的:探讨补阳还五汤加减治疗急性脑梗死气虚血瘀证的疗效。方法:选取急性脑梗死(气虚血瘀证)患者64例按随机对照原则分为两组,每组各32例。两组均接受常规治疗,对照组给予阿司匹林肠溶片等西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补阳还五汤加减治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)及不良反应情况。结果:观察组总有效率较对照组高(90.63%比68.75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较(18.75%比12.50%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤加减治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效显著,能够有效改善患者神经功能,且安全性高。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods: 64 patients with acute cerebral infarction(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomized control, 32 cases in each group. Both groups received routine treatment. The control group was treated with western medicine such as Aspirin enteric-coated tablets. The observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, neurological deficit score(NIHSS)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(90.63% vs 68.75%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was compared between the two groups(18.75% vs 12.50%) with no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is significant, which can effectively improve the neurological function of patients, and it is safe.
