摘要 食品快检产品在食品安全领域有广泛的市场需求和应用前景。我国食品安全监管部门已初步形成了食品快检方法评价的管理机制和技术规范,但在食品快检产品评价的应用中,受限于技术门槛等原因,实际操作成本过高。本文在借鉴国内外相关的检测方法和产品评价技术的基础上,研究制订了食品快检产品评价技术规范,将其应用于广东省2000家农贸市场食用农产品快检工作中,并对评价后监管使用中的快检产品进行了跟踪验证,为建立符合我国实际情况的食品快检产品评价体系积累了经验。 Rapid food inspection products have broad market demand and application prospect in the field of food safety.China’s food safety regulatory authorities have initially formed the management mechanism and technical specifications for the evaluation of rapid food inspection methods.However, in the application of rapid food inspection product evaluation, due to technical thresholds and other reasons, the actual operating costs are too high.Based on the relevant domestic and foreign detection methods and product evaluation techniques, this paper studied and formulated the technical specifications for food rapid inspection products, and applied them to the rapid inspection of edible agricultural products in 2,000 farmers’ markets in Guangdong province, tracked and verified the fast inspection products in post-evaluation supervision, so as to accumulate the experience for the establishment of food quick inspection product evaluation system in line with the actual situation in China.
