电针刺激对术中唤醒麻醉下脑功能区病变切除后氧化应激损伤的影响 被引量:6

Effect of electroacupuncture on oxidative stress injury after resection of eloquent brain region lesion under awake anesthesia

摘要 目的探讨电针对术中唤醒麻醉下脑功能区病变切除后氧化应激损伤的影响。方法选择择期行脑功能区病变切除术且需术中唤醒麻醉技术的病人100例,随机分为电针组和非电针组各50例。麻醉诱导前30 min,电针组选取两侧内关、合谷和足三里,持续电针刺激至手术结束;非电针组在对应取穴旁3 cm处给予同样电针刺激。检测两组血流动力学指标心率、平均动脉压(MAP)及氧化应激相关指标超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、NOX2和NOX4蛋白水平的变化。结果两组各时间点心率、MAP差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与非电针组比较,电针组术后血浆SOD水平显著升高(P <0.01),而MDA显著下降(P <0.01),NOX2和NOX4蛋白水平亦明显降低(P <0.05)。结论电针刺激复合全麻可以有效调控唤醒麻醉下脑功能区病变切除后氧化应激损伤。 Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture on oxidative stress injury after resection of eloquent brain region lesion(EBRL) under awake anesthesia. Methods One hundred EBRL patients undergoing selective surgery under awake anesthesia were randomly divided into electroacupuncture group and non-electroacupuncture group, 50 patients for each group. Thirty minutes before anesthesia induction, the acupoints Neiguan, Hegu and Zusanli in two sides were continued to give electroacupuncture stimulation until the end of the operation in the electroacupuncture group, while the same electroacupuncture stimulation was given3 cm away from the corresponding acupoint in the non-electroacupuncture group. The changes of heart rate(HR), mean arterial pressure(MAP), superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA), NOX2 and NOX4 protein levels in the two groups were detected. Results There was no significant difference in HR and MAP between the two groups(P > 0.05). Compared with the nonelectroacupuncture group, the plasma SOD level increased significantly after electroacupuncture(P < 0.01), while the levels of MDA,NOX2 and NOX4 protein significantly decreased(P < 0.05). Conclusions Electroacupuncture stimulation combined with general anesthesia can effectively regulate oxidative stress injury after resection of eloquent brain region lesion under awake anesthesia.
