党建与学科建设相结合推进高校教育发展

Integrating Party Construction with Disciplinary Construction to Promote the Development of Tertiary Education

高校基层党建要提升工作成效,应积极发挥高校特色,推动党建与人文社科学科结合。党建工作和院系学科建设工作不是矛盾的,而是相互促进的;通过对组建高校党建工作平台,推动党建融入高校科研、教学、学工、队伍等方面建设的探索,发挥集群效应,以期增强师生自觉参与积极性和提升党建工作成效。

To improve the effectiveness of party construction at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities, we should give full play to the characteristics of colleges and universities and promote the integration of party construction and humanities and social sciences. Party construction and disciplinary construction in universities are not contradictory but mutually reinforcing;through setting up a platform for party construction in colleges and universities, we could promote the integration of party construction into scientific research, teaching, student affairs and team construction in tertiary education, and bring the cluster effect into play to enhance the effectiveness of party construction and the initiative of teachers and students for voluntary participation.
