马克思主义视域下当代劳动与休闲的审思

劳动和休闲共同构成人类基本的存在状态。劳动是休闲存在的前提和基础,休闲确证劳动的价值。然而,当代社会消费主义的滋生和蔓延不利于人们正确把握休闲与劳动的关系,“工作世界”的呈现令人们与本真的休闲渐行渐远事实上,休闲与劳动是相对、辩证的统一关系.在新时代,强调艰苦奋斗的劳动价值并不意味着休闲就不具有正当性今天我们已进入全面建成小康社会决胜期,审视劳动与休闲的关系首要的就是明确劳动的重要性,一方面需要培养尊重劳动、热爱劳动和诚实劳动的情感;另一方面不应忽视对正确休闲观的弘扬。培育正确的劳动观与休闲观将直接指引人们积极劳动、合理休闲,在劳动中创造价值,在休闲中促进人的自由全面发展。

Working and leisure constitute the basic state of human existence. Working is the premise and foundation of leisure, and leisure confirms the value of working. However, the spread of consumerism in contemporary society is not conducive to people's correct understanding of the relationship between leisure and working, while the presentation of the "the world of working" makes people further away from the real sense of leisure. In fact, leisure and working are in a relative and dialectical unity. Emphasizing the value of hard working in the new era does not suggest that leisure is not legitimate. Today, in order to achieve the well-off society, the first thing to examine the relationship between working and leisure is to clarify the importance of working. On the one hand, we need to cultivate the emotions of respecting working, loving working and working in a sincere manner on the other hand, we should not ignore the promotion of socialist leisure values with Chinese characteristics. The cultivation of correct values of working and leisure will directly guide people to work actively, adopt rational means of leisure, create value through working, and promote people 's free and all-round development in leisure.
